morning everyone !

this morning woke up with a few runs. running to the toilet. lols. tummy hurts in my dreams to reality. hahaz. ya, i dreamt that my tummy hurts and had been visiting the toilet quite often. and reality my tummy really hurts. that sound weird to me. HAHAz. ytd night dreamt about v werid stuffs too. dun wish to rite here. =D actually i abit forget liao leh. STM.

woke up, sitting in from of my comp. starts reading teenage which i had bought ytd. read about a colume saying '' why do some teenagers cut themselves when they feel depresses ?''

reply to this qn. : we probably think them silly, over-dramatic or even foolish to cut themselves. but the truth is even uglier than you think. these youhs have a problem, a disease that needs to be confronted and solved b4 the condition gets worse.psychologists believe that the underlying reason why teenager would hurt him or herself is normally bcos of depression. self-mutilation is a way for these youths to cope with and manage their psychological problems. the scars are usually cries for attention. some teenagers actually want ppl to notice them, and ask them what's wrong. cutting themselves is a way to relieve pain. they believe that causing physical pain will help them overcome any feeling of despair that they might be experiencing.

well, let me say.... cutting really does not help u to relieve any pain, be it physical or emotionally... but in fact it hurts those ppl around u even more den anyone else.. esspecially, those who really care for you. =D so frens dun try to hurt yourself. cos i will hurt even more.
